Once your order is processed (within 2–5 business days), delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location. In rare cases, it may take up to 5 weeks due to customs, postal delays, or public holidays.


3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Tracking numbers are sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. If your tracking link doesn’t work on our website, you can track it using an international postal tracking service.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment gateways listed at checkout.


5. I want to cancel or change my order. What should I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After the item has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in original condition.
