Return & Refund Policy – 4USelects
At 4USelects, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
1. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation within this period.
For customers in the United States, Canada, and other countries, our standard 30-day return window applies as described below.
2. Standard Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
3. How to Request a Return
Please email our support team at support@4uselects.com with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video evidence where applicable (required for damaged or incorrect items)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item under the UK 14-day cancellation right, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described. For returns due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital or downloadable products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
7. Exchanges
We accept exchange requests for unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@4uselects.com to request an exchange.
8. Late or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 45 calendar days of the dispatch date, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please first check your tracking information and contact your local postal service before reaching out to us at support@4uselects.com.
