Shipping Policy – 4USelects

At 4USelects, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch date)

United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
United States: 10–20 business days
Canada: 12–22 business days
Europe: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 15–25 business days
Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Delays caused by customs clearance, postal disruptions, or public holidays may affect these timelines.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any applicable discounts or free shipping offers will be displayed before payment.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email within 3–7 business days of dispatch. If your tracking link does not update immediately, please allow 48–72 hours. You may also track your order at Royal Mail, Canada Post, USPS, or 17track.net.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and international destinations may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within 45 calendar days of dispatch, please contact us at support@4uselects.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@4uselects.com.
